The system offers a flexible adjustment range for dispensing speed from 0.1g/s to 30g/s, and the glue ratio can be customized, according to the flexible ratio of the A/B metering pumps to meet the tailored needs of different application occasion. Particularly noteworthy is the XYD-ZKV3's dual adjustment function for both dispensing ratio and speed, with no upper limit set for the total dispensing volume. This high degree of flexibility and adaptability gives it unparalleled advantages in manufacturing fields such as handling IGBT high-power modules and high-precision electronic components.
