01.Mantaray-LVM dispensing system 

Material preparation, feeding, and dispensing in a vacuum environment effectively prevent the into air or water vapor during sealing;

02、Mantaray-LVS Drip paint system

 


When sealing new energy motors, adopt of drip immersion technology not only significantly shortens the process time, but also solves the problems of paint loss and cleaning, further improving the insulation quality and service life of the motor. The innovation of this technology not only creates conditions for the mechanization and automation of the motor impregnation process, but also has been widely used in various types of low-voltage motors, and gradually developed and applied to motors with a power of over 800 watts, ring coils, and transformer coils.

However, in the process of using the single component solvent-free paint, since temperature is a necessary condition for curing, and the general temperature of the paint dropping workshop is high, the paint can easily form adhesives in the pump body, pipes, pump body. In order to solve this problem, XETAR had in-depth discussions with industry experts and combined customer feedback on practical applications, upgraded and optimized key parts such as pump body sealing, pipeline cooling, and material tank feeding.


In order to ensure the stability of the system and the accuracy of paint processing, XETAR has also added real-time monitoring of process points such as temperature, pressure, vacuum degree, and liquid level. The pipeline gel phenomenon is effectively prevented, and the efficient and stable operation of the drip leaching process is ensured.


Based on the feature of technology, XETAR has innovated the Mantaray LVM dispensing system. This system is suitable for handling materials with low to medium viscosity. uses an eccentric screw metering pump and can transport almost any material, especially containing solid fillers and sensitive to temperature and shear forces. This system can provide linear conveying with constant pressure and precise metering, while synchronously realizing functions such as material mixing, defoaming, temperature control, liquid control, and material circulation. Its modular structure design enables the system to be easily integrated into existing equipment without the need for large-scale production line modifications.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors dominate the driving motors of hybrid and pure electric vehicles due to their significant advantages such as high power, high torque density, and high efficiency. In the manufacturing of permanent magnet synchronous motors, there are two main forms of permanent magnet structures on the rotor: surface mounted and built-in. The built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in practical applications due to its ability to generate reluctance torque through the salient pole effect of the rotor, thereby improving torque levels, expanding the range of weak magnetic speed regulation, and reducing copper losses at low speeds and high torques.

It is crucial to ensure a tight contact and fixed relative position between the magnet steel and the iron core for permanent magnet synchronous motors with built-in structures. This is because during the operation of the motor, if the magnetic steel undergoes relative motion or vibration, it may not only cause damage to the magnetic steel, but also cause overheating and demagnetization due to contact between the magnetic steel and the iron core. Both of these situations may directly lead to the scrapping of the motor, seriously affecting its performance and service life.

To solve this problem, fixing the rotor magnet has become an important technology in the production of built-in structural motors. In order to prevent the magnetic steel from flying out, reduce vibration, and improve the heat dissipation performance of the motor, XETAR dispensing molding technology has been applied to the filling of magnetic steel without fixtures. This dispensing molding technology uses single/two-component epoxy adhesive, which has high initial viscosity and short surface drying time after heating and curing, allowing for rapid subsequent assembly processes without affecting the continued curing of the adhesive, thereby greatly improving production efficiency.
