Globalized delivery takes another step forward! XETAR has shipped multiple high-end vacuum potting production lines in bulk to overseas markets.
Leveraging the production capacity advantages of its Shenzhen headquarters, XETAR’s high-end vacuum potting full lines achieve synchronized cross-country delivery.
Recently, XETAR’s delivery workshop at its Shenzhen headquarters completed the final sealing and reinforcement of multiple high-end vacuum potting production lines, which had passed the full-process final inspection. The equipment was officially loaded into containers and shipped to customer sites across 8 countries: Germany, Romania, Croatia, the United States, India, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. From order confirmation, customized solution formulation, production acceptance to final container loading and shipment, the entire automated dispensing line project followed a smooth, closed-loop workflow. This milestone marks that XETAR’s global delivery system for high-end precision fluid dispensing equipment has evolved into a fully mature, replicable standardized framework.
This standardized system, underpinned by XETAR's three-pillar global operational footprint of "Shenzhen Headquarters, Suzhou Branch and Germany Branch ", enables rapid on-ground support across core industrial regions in Europe, North America, South Asia and Southeast Asia.
Unlike conventional standalone unit exports in the industry, these multiple full-line systems feature large footprint, numerous core precision components, and are purpose-built to meet the custom potting requirements of power electronics, motor manufacturing and automotive electronics customers across Europe, North America, South Asia and Southeast Asia. This has set ultra-high standards for full cross-border delivery lifecycle preparation from the solution design stage.
At the early phase of the project, XETAR’s delivery team worked in sync with customers from all target regions to complete full English technical document validation, target market electrical standard compliance adaptation, and preliminary process validation with customer-specified potting compounds. Full line assembly, program commissioning, sample proofing and other verifications were all completed at XETAR’s Shenzhen headquarters workshop. After all performance indicators were mutually confirmed to be fully compliant, the equipment underwent safe disassembly, packaging and container loading.
From the full final inspection of the complete production line at the domestic workshop, to end-to-end safety assurance for the entire ocean freight journey, and onward to on-site installation at overseas locations, the successful global delivery of these multiple high-end vacuum potting full lines is far more than a conventional equipment shipment. It marks a landmark milestone: XETAR’s mature full-line delivery capabilities, validated over years of deployment in China, have been fully replicated and standardized for global markets.
Moving forward, as more high-end customized vacuum potting systems are deployed across Europe, the Americas, South Asia and Southeast Asia, XETAR will extend this full-link closed-loop overseas delivery standard to a growing base of industrial customers spanning automotive electronics, power electronics, motor manufacturing, semiconductor packaging and new energy sectors. This will continuously elevate the global brand recognition of China’s precision fluid dispensing & potting equipment in the high-end international market.
